Sx740 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the sx740 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below. Please read them carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sx740 platform — including the website, mobile application, and related services — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the sx740 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sx740 management. This platform is intended exclusively for adults in Malaysia aged 18 and above.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register an sx740 account.
- Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. sx740 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- Sx740 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the sx740 support team immediately.
- Sharing your login credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the sx740 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You agree to use a valid payment method registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, internet banking transfers via systems such as FPX, and digital wallets supported by the platform.
Sx740 reserves the right to hold, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity. All fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification and security checks as required.
Any fees or charges imposed by your bank or a third-party payment provider are solely your responsibility. sx740 is not liable for transaction delays caused by technical issues on the part of external financial institutions.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to breach sx740's security systems or exploit any technical vulnerabilities.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information to sx740.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party in any form.
To the extent permitted by law:
- Sx740 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
- The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy or continuous availability.
- Sx740 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, viruses, or errors.
- Sx740's maximum total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Sx740 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user is found to have violated any part of these terms, engaged in fraud, or abused the bonus and promotion system. Users may voluntarily close their account by contacting the support team, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and withdrawal of any eligible balance.
All content on the sx740 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of sx740 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such elements without prior written consent from sx740.
The sx740 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. sx740 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
6. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Sx740 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
